CLARKSBURG — The Greater Harrison Drug and Violent Crimes Task Force has arrested three individuals in an investigation into heroin distribution. Another area drug task force, with headquarters in Marion County, assisted.

Trayvon Terell Snoe, 22, of Pittsburgh, is charged with distribution of heroin, while Meagan Graeber, 28, of Bridgeport, is charged with aiding and abetting Snow in distribution of heroin.

Crystal Dawn Roth, 32, of Bridgeport, is charged with possession with intent to distribute heroin.

Chief Assistant U.S. Attorney Shawn Morgan has filed motions asking that all three be detained pending prosecution. U.S. Magistrate John S. Kaull has scheduled preliminary hearings and detention hearings Monday for each defendant.

Roth told authorities that Snoe, whom she knew as “Mike,” had been selling her heroin for the past couple of months, according to an affidavit in the court file. Roth also said Snoe had sold her a brick or two of heroin on six to seven occasions, and that Graeber had driven Snoe to two of those transactions, according to the affidavit.
